The Pantagraph Reader's Choice Awards rated this firm the "Best Tax Preparation Office". However when I called the firm to request to talk to someone on the need to file an estate tax return I was told the firm is not taking on any new clients. The Pantagraph should have checked with this business as well before publishing their reader choice award results.
