The Pantagraph Reader's Choice Awards rated this firm the "Best Tax Preparation Office". However when I called the firm to request to talk to someone on the need to file an estate tax return I was told the firm is not taking on any new clients. The Pantagraph should have checked with this business as well before publishing their reader choice award results.
They were totally unorganized and they take way too long before they even look at your paperwork. The owner is nasty, disrespectful and flat out rude. They don’t even use up to date software to do preparations. The whole place had a 1952 vibe.
Our 2nd year going to Chuck he is absolutely great! Also reasonably priced.
