From Northern Virginia who has my whole back done, full sleeve, whole chest, and ribs so I’ve had my fair share of experience. My artist back home charges $180 an hour. My fiancé and I went into American Tattoo Art and we wanted to get a quote that would go in my fiancé’s thigh and my ribs. Andre the artist there I could tell really didn’t want to do the tattoos.
