If I could put zero starts I would. What a joke that this company portrays as a 5 star company. After reading the reviews on this company, the complaints are tremendous. Do not recommend them for anything! Buyer beware!
The people who work at American Pools are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a new pool owner, and I didn't know why the pool was cloudy. They helped me figure out the problem and find a simple solution. As a bonus, they are so nice. I'm glad that I found this business. They have a customer for life in me.

American Swimming Pool Co. is the best. My pool has been crystal clear for years and I owe it all to them. I definitely recommend using them AND when the time comes to replace my pool, they will be my first call.
Dave and Wayne have done an awesome job since taking over ownership of American Pools. The store is always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is rare that I go to the store and come away without getting what I need, whether its product, a service commitment, or an answer to some question I have. Technician Bill and his crews always show up as scheduled for pool openings and closings and are very knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting issues if/when they arise with my pool.
