Great local medical supply store in Schuylkill County. They answered all my questions when it came to my insurance coverages.
I had a great experience here purchasing a pre owned mobility scooter. I got a great deal on it and the service tech did a fantastic job explaining how it functioned.
Honestly anyone posting higher than 1 star is either a friend or family of the employees. Lazy staff, not helpful, not willing to do their job. Faxed in scrip and they said to me "oh I didn't check it, I'll check it and call you back" never did. Crazy at how employees just don't care to do their job. Literally life altering/saving equipment and they just don't care. If you're reading this, please just go anywhere else. 2 other places nearby and they can't possibly be this rude/bad.

Clueless as to equipment sold / rented. Employee had no idea how to use the unit and gave no instruction whatsoever. Became very rude on return. Extremely terrible "customer service" !!
