Lessons learned: 1: Do not buy a Fisher Paykel product. 2: Do not but a Fisher & Paykel product at American Superstores.....or any other product for that matter. I bought a Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer there 3 years ago.$1200 total. Within the month, the washer was replaced under warranty. The warranty lasts two years.
