David is extremely unprofessional and very rude. He made a mistake on our plans and when we asked him to correct it, he became very nasty and started cursing. He had no problem taking our money but had a problem when he was asked to correct his mistake. He is also very hard to get in contact with, as he ignores your phone calls. There are customers love to have free inspections. They asked you to go to his home to measure a design they wanted. After a permit was approved they changed their mind wanted to have different design. They wanted this changed design to be done free. Would you do it?
My experience with this guy is absolutely awful. First off the plans were completely wrong. Things were done that were never asked to be done. I waited for over 2 months for incorrect plans. He then took my money and then gave me an attitude when i asked him to correct it. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRIVATION. This man and his "company" are completely unprofessional. He is also very hard to understand.
