Once we got our "Ducks in a Row" American Stripping was very helpful in the prep for stripping of "The Shinn Project - Eagle Scout One" a 1964 Chevrolet C10 Panel truck "Tribute Vehicle" to POW MIA in general and SSgt William C. "Bill" Shinn USAF 40th Search & Recovery Squadron, Udorn AFB, Thailand, shot down during a rescue mission over North Vietnam and MIA on 28 January 1970.
