Love this place
Love this place. Clean well run gym with a supportive environment
excellent facility! we really enjoyed our time here! he enjoyed working with the behind the neck pull down machine by Hammer Strength and she enjoyed her incline walk on the treadmil and reverse hyper extension machine. we were greeted right away upon arriving to purchase our day pass. the staff member assisting us was friendly and helpful in showing us the facility, different machines, and areas. after our workout was finished, we were greeted by the owner who was also friendly and helpful. definitely check this gym out!
