I enjoyed my time at the gym — it’s well-equipped, especially for powerlifting. There were always enough racks and space to work out, and I never had an issue with the facility itself. The problem came after I left. Before starting my membership, I told Fred (the owner) I was only going to be around for five months because I was moving in June. Our son started training with Fred in prep for the next sports and what a difference he made! His expertise helped with agility and movement, not only strength. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking to up their game.
My wife and I have been attending Fred’s classes for the last several months and we are very happy. The set up of the class is a great balance with coaching time and also independent workouts.
