So impressed with American Storage South for their quality customer care. The staff is great about giving a quick response to any questions or concerns. I had arrived with a fully loaded trailer and only had 15 minutes before gate closing time at 9:45pm and needed gate code assistance. I was helped immediately. Very unprofessional, gate system doesn’t work most of the time. You pay your fee and the gate says denied. Take double payments and they want to give you credit. I live on SS so that luxury I don’t have. I have water damage in my unit. So there you have it. Every time it rains. Just sad.
