I buy abandoned storage units and purchased two from here. Cleared the first one but the second had bed bugs. After notifying facility management and telling them I was putting everything I had taken out, back in, because I wanted to minimize the already monumental risk of getting them, I was told I would be forfeiting the 100$ cleaning deposit. I feel that cleaning deposit is for the buyers that come and get what they want out, and leave all the trash. Couldn’t imagine charging someone 100$ to not take a bed bug infestation... read more

We paid extra for climate-controlled storage, and had all of our belongings there for about 3 months while we were in the process of moving. We might as well have left our things in the woods next to the unit. All of our boxes were damaged and filled with rat poop, and we had to throw away about $4,000 worth of furniture that was covered in feces, urine, and chewed through by rodents. Customer service took zero responsibility. They told us we needed outside insurance, which we had, but apparently our insurance doesn’t cover ... read more

I would not recommend this storage facility, especially if you are paying extra for “climate controlled” units. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish with the final issue that they had a roof leak that caused water to enter my unit that caused damage to and molded countless items and thousands of dollars of furniture. When I asked her why she didn’t let me know when it happened (she told me they knew the roof was leaking and called someone to fix it a couple of times) instead of letting all of my items ruin, her... read more
