We paid extra for climate-controlled storage, and had all of our belongings there for about 3 months while we were in the process of moving. We might as well have left our things in the woods next to the unit. All of our boxes were damaged and filled with rat poop, and we had to throw away about $4,000 worth of furniture that was covered in feces, urine, and chewed through by rodents. I would not recommend this storage facility, especially if you are paying extra for “climate controlled” units. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish with the final issue that they had a roof leak that caused water to enter my unit that caused damage to and molded countless items and thousands of dollars of furniture. I had a few thousand dollars worth of tools stolen. The footage they provided the police as well as myself had gaps in it. They could not provide a list of gate codes used at the time of the theft. There’s reason to believe they advocated or assisted in the theft of my items. Avoid this place at all costs. You will lose your items they will not help you. Their contract and website claim security that they do not provide.

Do not recommend. We have our unit there, and we will soon be moving out as will all our friends. Their electronic pad that releases their gate does not work. I have had to enter my code 6 or more times to get out and every time it sends me into a panic. The ladies at the front desk just shrugged it off when I told them and said. Yeah it’s been that way forever. We are done!
