I was sending 3 letters certified mail and the lady must have been new and was struggling. Then a lady who I can only guess who was in charge/the boss walked by her and was telling her what she was doing was wrong and "she's not paying for that" without helping the lady who appeared to be new. I was in there for a minimum of at least 30 minutes. Why didn't she help the employee? I was so frustrated. I was the only customer in there for a long time. Poor management...I felt bad for the employee. Do better!!!
I’m a veteran. I have had two units here. Some water came in a foot. The other perfect. However I came from two other storage places. And these places. Outlets and lights. A few times gates open but when I called the knew of it stuck open. They have a live on full time person. People are super nice but straightforward. Not one issue. I get the deposit. But it says in their contract. So I got mine back. I have had to call many times with a confusion on my gate code and after getting ID stuff they got me my code. They call and... read more
