As another reviewer said, SCAMMERS! If you rent from them, NEVER expect your deposit. We went above and beyond to clean up the storage unit, left it better than it was! Waste of time and expensive cleaning supplies! Basically gave them free labor. Also the entire time there, there was never a time that all the gates were working at the same time. Threaten to fine us for having dogs in the back of the truck and throwing away a handful of lint in the dumpster. Continually had our unit blocked by equipment to fix up their house... read more

NOT Vet friendly or service dog friendly. Very rude. Constantly complaining and threatening to fine over little things. Constantly had my door blocked by construction equipment. Your items are not safe, the cameras are to keep tabs on you, not for theft. Unit leaks when rains and damaged some of my property. Kept my deposit for oil stains that were present when I rented the unit initially. Go somewhere else.

I would advise all patrons to not associate with this business. I believe that they are running a scam by cancelling your lease early and pocketing down payments. We were renting a large unit for our cookie business; informed them right up front about how our deliveries were sent to us (by a tractor & 50' trailer) and there was no issue at all from them. Their gate was damaged by another patron and we were unable to enter or exit by their alternative route so they had to open another gate and expressed their inconvenience. A... read more
