Rude when answering the phone. When I asked what there availability was for open units, she questioned if I was looking for a storage unit snarkily, just to reply with they had no available units. Very weird and rude interaction!

An indoor storage unit? Yup! This is a factory turned storage facility. So, it is big and dry and heated. Different sized locked units can be seen. Everything appears clean and neat. I think they also will rent exterior areas for RVs and such? The woman who told me how to get around was pleasant. Payment was easy. All good today
