Katy and Kyle are fantastic to work with. From picking matching tile and grout to helping me identify a specially sized kitchen sink, I cannot thank them enough. Sadly, the installation was disappointing. Once the counter protective paper removed it revealed literally three seams in the focal point of the counter: the bump out at the sink. The very center of it has what looks like a grout seam. I expected seams but certainly not in the center of the bump out. Waiting to learn if they can redo that part or fix it. 🤞

I cannot say enough about this outstanding local business. Not only are they competitively priced, but their customer service and attention to detail exceeds anything i could have hoped for. They will be my first and only call if/when it's time for new counters. We're lucky to have such a reputable, people, and service oriented company like this team at American. (Pro tip)? If you go during lunch, make sure you carve out time to check out books bbq located right next door!
We were doing a kitchen remodel and our contractor recommended American Stone. Katy helped guide us through the different options of countertops thereby making our selection easier. She was fantastic. Kyle came to our house after our cabinets were installed and did the shop patterns. He explained how the countertops would be installed. Finally the installers were fast and efficient. They made sure they cleaned up after installation and also explained how to clean the countertops. A great company to work with.
