I hired this company to get my Carpet and Tile and Grout cleaned, they were on time, they worked hard and the outcome is amazing. The carpet dried quickly and even 3 days later none of the horrible pet stains have resurfaced. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
Had a scheduled appointment with the company in which the crew was supposed to arrive between 10-11 as confirmed through two different text messages the day before. The day of the cleaning 11am came and went with no contact from the company. I reached out to them at 1130 and was told they would reach out to the crew and I would receive a call back. They were late. The equipment did not work properly and the technician spent more time trying to fix the truck than was spent cleaning the carpets. The carpet was not clean when he was finished. Only the top of the stair treads were done. The carpet was still wet the next morning. Poor communication. They were not willing to fix the problem even the next day. I had to hire another company to finish the job and remove the excess water from the carpet. Not recommended
Couldn't ask for better customer service. Brandon and his team will get it done. No harsh smells or chemicals left behind... leaving carpet and upholstery items STAIN FREE AND SMELLING LIKE NEW

Do not use this company! They came to our home 2 hours late for an appointment! After arriving they began to clean our loveseat their cleaning wand broke ! They had no back up for this piece of equipment! They cleaned our living room carpet and our stairs taking 3 hours to do so ! The carpet was soaked they offered to come back and finish the furniture but never showed! We didn't get any discount for their equipment breaking! This woman has been harnessing us for 2 months. We had a problem on the job with our upholstery tool. We told them about the problem and they agreed to let us clean the carpet which was filled with pet stains and odors and hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. They were talking about throwing it out and said to do our best. We offered to come back out and clean the upholstery for free but they decided to be real nasty when we couldn't get o it fast enough.
