I'd give a zero if I was allowed to. I placed an order more than a month ago. Just called to see what was going on and the woman said they're out of stock on my order. No phone call. No email. I just had to figure out it never arrived then call and be told that. What a joke. Oh, and not even an apology. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently ordered envelopes with my new address to match a previous order of stationery letter paper. When they arrived, they were too small as the newer letter paper is now slightly smaller too. I called American Stationery and told them about the problem. They immediately sent me a box of engraved letter paper that fits the new envelopes. I have ordered stationery for years and appreciate the high quality and friendly customer service. I highly recommend!

Made an order, it said 3 business days for productions and 3-5 business days for shipping. Three weeks later I am still waiting on my order and the customer service department does not answer the phone. I would stay away from this company...there are so many other stationery companies to use...this is NOT the one to go with.
