Edwin at American Star roofing did a tremendous job on a commercial building we own. He is a really nice guy and got the job done quickly without any disruption to the day to day business in the building.
No, the 4th of July does not affect their hours. “America” is in their name but they’re here bright and early on America’s birthday, waking the entire building and yelling in Spanish. It’s a shame my slumlord hired this company because I never would. This crew also doesn’t appear to have a lead-safe practices in place. Crazy, for a building that is absolutely covered in lead paint.
I dealt mainly with Edwin. Edwin was quick to respond and to follow through. He called if he was running late. He explained his recommendations carefully and handled special requests. He was concerned with fixing my leaky roof and did it as quickly as possible. He was frequently on site and would check in to make sure things were going smoothly, the rest of the team was friendly and helpful also. 5 stars are not enough. American Star Roofing delivered pure craftsmanship in the replacement of our roof. Edwin and his highly skilled team’s use of high quality products combined with their incredible attention to detail left us speechless with the results. Edwin and his team were professional, well mannered, respectful, and was meticulous with their clean up. We could not be happier. It was a pleasure working with them. This team is outstanding!
