The worst moving company I every use damage all my furniture and stoled my belongings for boxes and lost boxes and when they came to pickup in California they told me one price and when loading they said it would be another $1500 hundred more or do I what to leave it outside there a joke of a company . This is a broker not a moving company. They subcontracted to Brooklyn moving company. They did not honor their contract. The moving company showed up at 7 o'clock at night and packed until 3 AM. They lost much of our items and many more were damaged upon delivery. They delivered my furniture at 7 o'clock at night and worked until midnight. We had no light in our new house. RUN AWAY - **** COMPANY DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I booked with them several months ago and normally I check reviews first, but was sucked in to their very low rates and, seemingly good opportunity. After I booked I saw all the horrific reviews and felt I fell for a Scam. I then placed a dispute on my credit card deposit since I also could not locate my receipt after I booked with them. Our move with American Standard was a nightmare from start to finish. It seemed like a really great quite with great insurance in the beginning, but then they kept upping the price as the move date got closer because they "underquoted us" despite the fact that I gave them the size of our storage unit and told them it was full. They did nothing never showed up. Took 4100 dollars. I had canceled them because the wouldn't let me add things I wanted moved till 2 days before move then they doubled the amount. He said I had to pay 3000 more. After talking to another mover I canceled them an they kept all my money. How can they keep 4100 for nothing.

I gave them the exact size of my storage unit(10x10) and was told that it would be $3099 to move my stuff from North Carolina to Southern California. I was repeatedly assured that I would not get a phone call requesting additional money. They lied to me and then disappeared! You can call the phone numbers everyday and you get absolutely no where! I gave them a deposit too! Now I have to close that card! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Reaching out to several moving companies to get a quote. This company was at the top of my list and I was ready to sign on the dotted line and then started to read more into this company.
