Didn't even get to the ride part. Was told by the representative that called me back that a limo was going to be too expensive for my family of 5 to take to O'hare because they just upgraded their limos. They cater to the stars and executives and offered us an SUV. WTF, cannot believe I just heard that. Terrible customer service. Good luck with all of your Huntley star clients.
