Matt was super helpful and eager to help, gave a great price, and even gave me an upgraded unit when what I wanted was not available. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHT MARE SINCE!!! The fan is weak, the installers said it would regulate itself, they tore ducting away from vents that I had to rig myself-" no one was available.
