Awesome experience! The guys showed up on time during the window of time that worked best for me. They laid down a walking pathway since it had been raining days before. They installed 2 units in the attic & outside and an air purification system / infrared lights. They were courteous and professional & answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my service. Even service after the sale. I called for an issue, they called and even kept me updated via text as to their availability and schedule. Arturo their lead tech came out and diagnosed my system. He was very friendly and professional. I will be needing to buy a new furnace and will be happy to be doing business with American Standard once again. Thank you for a great customer experience.
Please do not hire Matt May, American Standard, Gainesville, GA to install your HVAC. I purchased a new Carrier 2.5 ton Heatpump from this company October 14, 2024 and the heatstrips installed were not the heatstrips quoted on the proposal. I placed 4 service calls because the heatstrips would not heat above 67 degrees. I contacted another company to troubleshoot the problem. The other company provided pictures and a diagnosis of the problem. American Standard had installed 7.5 kw heat strips instead of the 10 kw heat strips... read more
Seemed great at first. Quick installation hit the service after the sale is the absolute worst. They ghost you and never come back to address issues. I would not use them ever again. My new system has not worked right and they will not even come look at it and fix it. I am going to have to call another company to fix their problem.
