Avoid this place like the plague. Lost the entire day waiting to load.
Bought a toilet they made and have to clean it every time I have a bowel movement due to poor design. Also doesn't flush properly resulting in having to flush 2 or 3 times. So much for saving water

Very poor products. I purchased an American Standard toilet about six months ago and the lever handle broke (cheaply constructed). The American Standard Customer Service Support Department was not helpful at all. They were not willing to replace the part for me. They don't care and they are not interested in helping. I am very disappointed in American Standard products. Very poor quality. I would not buy an American Standard product.
