Just bought & installed a brand new Edgemere toilet - While it seems to function properly, the porcelain is very poorly finished. Right out of the box, there is uneven glaze, rough patches and defects on the bowl's rim make it appear to be dirty. I called and they offered to replace it. Kind of late now. How about making a quality product the first time! Is no one checking QC?
Since the new company took over things have been a little bit hectic but it's still an amazing company with amazing people behind it the workers are what makes it great!!!!!!
I came here for a load pickup. Docking was a massive hassle because all the docks were full. I had to park between two trucks, extremely close to each other. Our side mirrors were practically touching, and it was really tough to dock in that tight space. there was barely any room to maneuver, which made positioning the truck even more difficult.
All bad reviews accurate. Very slow place would not come here. Tried to be patient but wanted to get an update after 2 hours from the loading guys and they shut the dock door in my face. Humanity in this world has been lost, these forklift drivers show no respect towards drivers but then they forget they need us in order to have a job.
By appointment only very slow loading have overnight parking
