I am a contractor and American Stairs has been great to deal with, even with a demanding Interior Designer and Homeowner. They were very patient and understanding with my client and got everything done in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
If you are not a contractor & are not familiar with installation you must know ALL the materials you will need because the Sales person, John specifically, will not offer assistance however will posture as though he is helping. When I asked, "this is everything I'll need for my contractor?" he said, "yes." Turns out the answer was no. I had to place another order & pay a 2nd delivery charge (although it was discounted).
