I showed photos and was very clear about what I wanted. They made a banister that is the complete opposite of what I asked for. Bringing in the stairwell they damaged my newly constructed walls which have even been primed! I should have known when I opened the door and he told me to leave my own house! When I confronted him about the holes in the walls he responded with, “it happens” when I told him that this was not what I asked for he responded with, “I know”. I would NEVER recommend him. I had a great experience with their team removing and replacing and old set of basement stairs that had some electrical wiring issues attached. Their pricing was competitive and they completed the job so much faster than I anticipated. They were very professional throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Ok called this place for an estimate for a simple basement stair. I’m in construction for almost 40yrs and wanted a contractor to do the install. Simple 13 step standard rise stairs. I would do the demo of the old stairs… The estimate for this….without demo or debris removal… $7000.00… That is absolutely ridiculous. More than 2x any other estimate we got!
