I am so extremely perturbed at the lack of professionalism, overbearing incompetence of the staff and lack of common courtesy of this entire outfit. This bank does not protect your identity. The customer service is so bad and rude and they are dealing with your money no compassion nothing. This bank doesn't notate the accounts ans blames you if you don't get the customer service person's name you spoke too. On May 27th 2022 I was gold the entire bank was breached and all the bank cards had to ve deactivated and new ones were going to be sent out. I like the credit union , the few times I have had to contact them in person or over the phone regarding my account was an overall excellent experience.
Poor customer service, they dimiss you, they are rude, and carelss. I had to pick a fight with them before they can attend to my problem twice.
