I recently attended an event in Conroe a little over a week ago where this company was the one to set up the carpet for this event. I have been going to this event for the past couple of years and I always noted at how well the staff did and they were professional. This year I learned from one of the table vendors that American Spirit went under new management and now has different workers than before. There was a decline in services. They do not answer their phone. Called three different times during business hours on different days last week and no one answered.
