I was treated as a 2nd class citizen at best. The doctor is kind, I'm sure he knows his staff is way less than horrible. When I checked in the front desk immediately greeted me in Spanish, so I replied because I do speak the language. I was there for a PRP injection, so when the PA (or nurse, not sure who she was), came up the first thing she said with a frown is, "Wait - she doesn't speak English?" Made an appointment over a month ago. They canceled it. I rescheduled come all the way here an hour drive and no doctor working. Super unprofessional
My friends at American Spine orthopedics are so kind and generous, constantly handling my phone calls and questions and dealing with me not only as a patient, but as a friend. Dr. Manzanares did an amazing job on my first surgery, unfortunately I’m having some issues due to a potential relapse in my lower back due to a bad lift, however, the office has been nothing short of amazing helping me deal through my hardships. I would recommend them 200%!
Dr. Manzanares is the most knowledgable, professional, caring and understanding Orthopedic Surgeon in Orlando. I am a former patient and highly recommend him.
