Unfortunately I was told I’d be seeing a “provider” for my back pain, the woman was cold and distant in her demeanor, my husband had the same experience as he and I were in the same car accident. We were not explicitly explained our injuries or given a good solid treatment plan, I was told to get an injection and he was given prescription meds.
