This laboratory uses another company for their billing services and that company DOES NOT BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Tell your billing department to clear their voicemails and pick up the phone once in a while
Very difficult to get answers regarding your bill. I had a question under review for almost a year. I had to continually call back to no avail... and ended up paying anyway because no one had appropriate answers to my questions.
They sent bills I have no idea at all.
