Carlos and his team are exceptional. After the company we bought our hot tub from could not diagnose and fix the problem quickly, we contacted Carlos. They came out the next day, diagnosed our problem, told us where to buy the part from and came back promptly after we received the part to install it. I am so happy I can use my hot tub again. Do not hesitate to use Carlos and his team, their service was exceptional and pricing fair.
Very pleased with the repair service performed by American Hot Tub Service. Pablo and Kevin replaced 2 defective spa pumps, the circulation pump and one of the 3HP jet pumps. They both had a wonderful attitude, very friendly, professional, and informative. Great experience! Should we have any other issues with our spa, I will without hesitation use their services again. Also, fair pricing for the repair, and good communication with the customer.
Thank you Carlo and his team to fix our hot tub at Little Elm, TX. He showed us to buy the parts: monitor, starter kits, and wiring. He fixes in timely matter. He also showed us the chemical tubs to put in the hot tub to balance out the chemical. We use him again. Great Jobs.
Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. He explained each step and showed me how my issues happened on my tub. He also suggested a drop in chemical release that will prevent future issues. I am saving his number and will always use this company for my hottub needs. Great job.
They came out within 48 hours of the phone call, diagnosed my problem and the spa is fixed. I had the company I bought from out multiple times and they kept giving me the run around. I highly recommend this company!
