Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. He explained each step and showed me how my issues happened on my tub. He also suggested a drop in chemical release that will prevent future issues. I am saving his number and will always use this company for my hottub needs. Great job.
They came out within 48 hours of the phone call, diagnosed my problem and the spa is fixed. I had the company I bought from out multiple times and they kept giving me the run around. I highly recommend this company!
I had a small leak by my pump and Carlos fixed it super fast. He responded quickly and came early for our appointment. He is friendly and knowledgable. All around great service. He also helped me with my spa speakers. I will not hesitate to call him again!
Carlos is hands down the best. Anything to do with your spa he will take care of it.
Terrible service! Had me order 3 parts worth $1200, never returned to install them. Called different tech, didn't need any new parts! Now it's too late to return the parts.find another company!
