Absolutely the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. I dealt with the Houston office and the inept manager misled me on numerous occasions and, as a result, I was unable to close and lost thousands of dollars and countless hours. I reported them to the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau.

I wish this company would get with the times. Their hours are poor, never got a call back to a voicemail I left, got a late payment notice after having never received a bill, and they don't accept any modern payment methods—you can only pay by putting a physical check into snail mail. Unfortunately I had no choice in using this company as my loan was sold to this company, however if you do have a choice I'd suggest looking for a company who's easier to deal with.

I really hate this ridiculous company. Called the front desk, want to check the payment, then she said only one person can check for me. Phone transfer to that lady, never reply. A week later, called it again, still say the same thing, everything need the lady to do. oh the whole company only one person can do the thing. and she never reply the phone call back. I think the only way is call there everyday. the front desk lady is nice. just the company is ridiculous. no one can help customers.
