I was given an approval letter, and put a home under contract. During the application process I was assured by the agent that everything looked good, and there would be no issues moving forward. After a mix up with the paperwork it took three days for the agent to get back to me, and by e-mail. Not by phone like I was asking. During that time they fixed the paper and moved on. The team at AMSW helped us when nobody else would take the time. Our mortgage situation was very difficult with self-employed income and their experience from being in the mortgage industry for almost 3 decades is the only reason we were able to buy a home. This is the best group of people I've ever dealt with in the mortgage industry and will use them again.
