Love the staff, quick and always polite!
Beyond disappointed. If negative #s were an option, I would have picked that. Extremely rude and condescending staff. Having recently moved from out of state and being referred to them as a "sister credit union", the staff had been just awful. Talking down to both my wife and I, literally asking my wife if " she's ever banked before" I am in my 50s and have lived all across this country. Hands down the worst. Needless to say, we are looking for a more professional, customer friendly alternative.
