The Service was great, the loan was with good apr.... but everything went down the drain when the sistem didnt got auto pay and had me on collections. Doing a report on my credit history. Have been working outstanding credit for over 5 years now, and now because a $145 dls. Payment will have a stain... When I bougth the bike was leaving $4000 to pay. On a 2 year lapse to create good history report... now here I am paying and closing the loan to not deal with any miscomunication that will affect me only on the long run.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wait time is pretty good. Easy parking, too.
I have been with these people 6 months. There are just too many hoops to jump through. Not customer friendly. I went is yesterday for the second time letting them know that there was a charge that I got stuck with from an online purchase that fooled me and I overpaid. This younger gal was not very understanding and absolutely less than kind with me and it was like it was my problem. My experience with American Southwest Credit Union was extremely disappointing. I relied on the guidance of one of the bank’s employees regarding a Living Trust. I provided a copy of the trust document, and I was told that I would be able to conduct transactions on behalf of the account owner. Based on that advice, I later attempted to make a wire transfer while we were preparing for an international move.
