American Sons Professional replaced my roof, including hauling all of the garbage from the old roof, despite the location making it impossible to rent a dumpster. They also replaced the liner in my chimney, which revealed an issue with the chimney itself, and then sorted out the additional chimney problem in short order. Extremely unhappy with their service. The chimney inspection was superficial, and the technician didn’t provide any documentation or pictures. Their creosote removal was a joke—still had black soot around the firebox after they left. The chimney repair estimate they gave me was far higher than other companies. When I asked about chimney maintenance, they told me not to worry about it. Would not trust them with my home again.
