Extremely unhappy with their service. The chimney inspection was superficial, and the technician didn’t provide any documentation or pictures. Their creosote removal was a joke—still had black soot around the firebox after they left. The chimney repair estimate they gave me was far higher than other companies. When I asked about chimney maintenance, they told me not to worry about it. Would not trust them with my home again.
I recently had a excellent experience with American Sons Professionals Company. I have an older house with many angles and slopes. American Sons replaced the shingles, roof decking, underlayment and skylights. They did outstanding work on my roof and completed the job in a very timely manner. The team was honest, reliable and professional - The work performed was outstanding and of the highest quality, and done the correct way. I highly recommend them!
American Sons is the company you want when you need something done right. Did a great job rehabbing my front steps. Excellent workmanship. Attention to detail.
