Jose L., Jonny, Leo and Ricky were amazing. They were very professional, answered all my questions. They were here for over 4 hours and worked the entire time. They did and awesome job!!!!
Raleigh was very professional and very knowledgeable. He walked through steps and was able to answer all my questions. He found ways to solve problems that arose to make myself feel as the up most importance. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
I don't think I can possibly stress enough how hard it is to find a solar company that tells the truth, and is very transparent and honest about solar systems and what you want to accomplish with them. This is a company that does just that. I probably went through three or four previous solar company consultations before finding American Solar And Roofing, and I was so turned off, that I almost pulled the plug on the whole project. Raleigh was great. Explained what he was doing and why he was here. Texted ahead to let us know that he & Danny were running a little late. Spent about 2 hours searching for the error and found the problem after calling Fronius. Very thankful to both of them. System seems to be working after software update on the inverter. Cell panels seem to be working normally.
