This company acquired our contract from a different company I keep calling multiple times a day almost everyday and NO ONE will answer me. We need answers about our account because we are needing to move states ASAP and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this company horrible customer service.
I’m only giving them a one star because I have to give them a star. They have the world‘s worst customer service. I have been calling them for over a year and a half close to two years to tell them there’s a problem with my solar system that they are the ones contracted to service and they refused to even hardly answer the calls. If your looking for a honest a reliable person to go solar then Jonathan is your guy. We just finished our install and we are very pleased with how everything went. This was a very smooth process and Jonathan explained and set everything up for us. It rained during our first day of install so we were delayed a bit but now We are ready to put those $600 summer electric bills behind us and start saving now. Having investigated solar since the mid 2000s, I was armed and ready for a fight to get what I deserved and NOT get ripped off. Needless to say I didn't need to be afraid - this is the ONLY solar company I've talked to or worked with that were completely honest, highly trained and competent. 10 out of 10 for communication, helpfulness, fulfilling their promises and professional installation and service.
Great experience with American Solar, Jonathan was simply amazing! Great communication, good price, and it was an overall awesome experience. Highly recommended, super fast response time, and they took care of everything in a timely manner. If you’re debating on Solar, there should be no question whatsoever…you need to call Jonathan and he will take great care of you!!!
