I would like to know how to start a class action lawsuit. 683 days That is the time from when we signed the contract to when we received our PTO (Plan to Operate) notice from SCE. Needless to say our experience was horrific. ASA was very unresponsive to calls, emails and even stopping in the office. I could not get anyone to even talk to me when I stopped by the office. All they could say was "Did I make an appointment; make an appointment". Took ASA a long time to get the installation started. Took ASA even longer to get it fully installed.
