Terrible Customer Service, Good Products Their products are fine, the customer service is just plain terrible. The manager Donna, simply refuses to have contact with customers when a problem arises. I ordered gravel to be delivered in containers, paying extra because I didn't have the space to have it dumped on the ground. I told them to have the driver call me before delivery so I could explain where to dump it. They said no problem. Well I got home to find a big pile of gravel dumped blocking my driveway, WTF. Very good selection My father and I went over to pick up some slabs to put on our walkway and the staff was very helpful in moving and loading the materials. They were also quite knowledgeable and helped us get in and out quickly. If you need materials for walkways or paths be sure to talk to these guys!
