I have worked with KC Kadaru and Mahesh from American Smart Lending for closing my Loan on September/October, 2024. KC explanation and suggestion helped me to secure Good Interest rate. If I won't be listening and waited until September 18 Fed cut, should have put me in a position which I won't be refinancing. Mahesh listened patiently and sent multiple quotes in minimal time.
