This was my first sleep test I had been told to take the test many times But I always was worried about it Not sure what I was worried about. You get your own room, it's very clean, modern, private restroom. The staff was amazing and answered all my questions I look forward to my results

Do not use this company. In May 2025, I had a sleep study done and paid $650, which should have gone toward my deductible. It took MONTHS for them to bill my insurance, so I had to overpay my deductible to other doctors that billed in a timely manner. By the time they finally filed, the claim should have been paid in full by my insurance company, but my EOB showed my insurance company wouldn't pay about $300 worth of the claim. The place I completed my sleep study in 2018 closed down and this place took over. I had to call three times to get my sleep records and they couldn't get my email right. First time I called, they said they forgot, despite making a note on their desk. Second time, they sent my records to a random email after I spelled out my email twice (not a complex or complicated email, literaly my first and last name). I was referred by my surgeon to American Sleep Medicine for surgical clearance and completed both an at home sleep study and an in office CPAP titration study. My experience was mixed, but there were several issues that need improvement. My at home sleep study went relatively smoothly. The staff were cordial, though somewhat transactional. The instructions for the equipment were explained clearly.
