Do not show up and try to make an appointment. They are no longer located in Creve Coeur, or anywhere else in Missouri. The location at 727 Craig Rd has been permanently closed for several years and Google will not update the listing.

Not shocked by the reviews. This place is shady from how they treat they employees to how they treat their patients. Shady from the top. As a independent facility, this place is in full control of the way patients and employees are treated. This truly speaks to leadership.
Had an appointment 12/31/2020 called days earlier to reschedule do to begin in the hospital, no answer. Day of no answer. Day after no answer. Every prompt you go through takes you to the same message. And then they are going to charge me for a no show. This isn't fair. I've followed all of the company guidelines and directions. How does this help anyone when you can't get a return call.
