Terrible! Did test incorrectly and has continued to bill me for equipment I returned 2 years ago! I’m in the process of getting them for insurance fraud!
It's pretty sad when I have to call the CPAP manufacturer to get a Compliance report off the machine for a DOT Physical. The office manager refused to pull the report saying it had been a year since I was in their office. That could have cost me a job. That's inexcusable!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY when they pull a stunt as low as that. I received no notice that they would like to see me in their office. I've NEVER had a Doctors office try to Bully me like this before. #Patients Beware!!!!
When I called to get my CPAP machine read for a DOT job physical they refused saying it had been a year since I had been seen. If that's so important why don't they contact us so this doesn't happen. There's nothing shittier than being unemployed and having this assholes refuse to read the machine so I can get a job and take care of my family.
