My experience at this facility was terrible. I saw the dr because I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 15 years ago and needed and updated sleep study. Unbeknownst to me, she scheduled me for a baseline sleep study. Not only did that mean I needed to have TWO sleep studies, it also meant they could charge me for two studies. They told me that the study was covered by my insurance and that my "co-pay" was $650. I have significant medical problems and have several tests where the copay is over several hundred dollars. Great company to work for. Great Patient Care. A lot has changed here since 2019.
I used their products in 2015 and paid my Copay, in 2017 they started to bill me again, we went back and forth with bad customer service, and I ended up paying them some money I didn't owe just to close this process, noe in 2019 they send me 3 bills totaling $200, it is ridiculous and plain harassment, too bad I couldn't give them No star
