The sleep study itself was fine. The technician was very good and very nice. When the study was over and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, they provided the cpap. I was told what I would be getting every month (filters), every 3 months and every 6 months. I have called Ashley several times, left several messages, and nothing. I had my sleep study done in August of 2017 and I was so nervous to go. As soon as I got there the technician immediately made me feel welcome and before I knew it I was at ease and comfortable. She kept me informed of everything that she was doing as she hooked me up for the study. Which completely made me feel more comfortable as I was aware of what would happen and why. Idk anything about the furnishings, staff, or service, because I haven't scheduled my appointment yet, but "Lee P." the person who wrote the previous review is an IDIOT! There are no questionable neighborhoods near this facility.
I was told it was a "hotel setting" but if so it would be a 1 or maybe 2 star hotel. Dingy and OLD furnishings lumpy beds after a dark drive into a questionable neighborhood is not a good recipe for sleep! Getting results of the study takes a LONG time and IF you have apnea do not expect a prescription for a CPAP any time soon! And THEY find where you get it.
