I have been try to get a device from this company for over a year..I’ve done impressions 3 times. One of these trys , I waited weeks to find out my impressions did not meet approval. This company never informed me of this vital Information it was never revealed to me. While I waited patiently, I am a 75 year senior citizen, trying to breathe during the night. They are more than willing to sell you a $750 appliance without a sleep study. First red flag. They will sell you the device and not require a sleep study with the device to see if it is actually helping with your sleep apnea. Second red flag. I would avoid this place at all costs.
I have had my device for 4 days now. QSD was very helpful in contacting my insurance company and securing approval for it before hand. After 4 years on a CPAP machine, this device is a HUGE improvement. I am sleeping as well or better than I did with the CPAP machine, without all the required cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, and more importantly...no more hose and face mask to deal with every night. I am very happy with it.
