I am very impressed with Rao Dermatology and the GentleCure procedure I received for MOHS. The entire staff was exceptional—professional, caring, and took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure as well as what to expect next. The office was also very easy to reach whenever I had questions or concerns, which gave me great peace of mind. I left feeling confident in my care and look forward to my next appointment.
Have been going to this dermatologist for around 4 years and love the staff but is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional organizations. After 3 years of worsening skin they have finally given me accutane and have made my experience horrible. I am now getting perfect skin which I am more than pleased but the staff has made it such a hard time getting my prescriptions, will not answer the phone when I need bloodwork, and have gave me misleading information about how long I will be on this medication for. My friend was here a few years ago with the Labcorp report in hand and saw the Senior Dr. Rao who looked at the lab report (rom her first Dr. who she had before she moved) and even though it said "Immediate Excision Advised" he told her that it would leave a big scar and she could wait and see what happened despite it being "Pre-Melanoma."
