Love Dr Noor & staff! Highly recommend!
This business committed healthcare billing fraud. They billed a routine 5 minute skin check as a level 4 visit. When I confronted them about it when my insurance wouldn’t cover a level 4 (because I work in healthcare and understand how E/M codes work), they were rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I asked to speak to the provider to hear from clinical staff their reasoning for this billing and they refused. I would not recommend to anyone.
