Super fast and helpful
This office does not return messages and will not refill prescription for dandruff shampoo because my son didn’t go in for the follow up this time. My son is away at college most of the year and they want him to come in for two appointments every 6 months. That’s 4 appointments a year, just to get a shampoo refill. They don’t care about the patient at all and that he’s suffering while at school. Shame on Rao Dermatology,
