Nice furniture! Salespeople are a bit pushy. While I was shopping for furniture for my new home I visited this store at least three times they pounce on you like meat and follow you around the store even after you tell them you don't need help. I recieved damaged furniture and was offered no compensation only a repair? It was new when I bought it...but the saga drags on I still have to wait for my 3rd and final delivery. Next month...hope it not damaged.
Buyer beware. Poor quality materials and no support. They do not stand behind their products and refuse to repair theme even if you offer to pay. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to another store.
Lousy customer service! Our metal bed began to literally fall apart within in one year (pieces were actually breaking off) and when we complained we were told "it was our problem--just deal with it". Naturally I will never shop there again and would advise anyone to do likewise.
