Always responded to calls immediately. If we had a problem with the furniture they immediately fixed the problem. We had a bed for some time and they returned it for full price for us and we got a different bed which we absolutely love and we both have bad backs and our backs feel so much better. Very honest and trustworthy and supportive. Cleo in back office is awesome. Really knows all about great customer service. Management was also incredible.
Furniture is great and the follow up repair service is as well. Office personal for delivery are terrible. Good luck getting your furniture delivered. It has been 3 weeks and they call and start arguments but will not tell you when your furniture will be delivered. I have paid for delivery and all I get are broken promises. I told them when they figure it out give me a call. They call and argue about why they cannot deliver the furniture. This is crazy. As Canadian citizens we needed to purchase furniture for a new home in Cocoa Florida. Me met Sonya, at the Sand Lake store, and she treated us with respect and took the time to listen to our needs and helped with our budget. To make a long story short, we have furnished 90% of our home with ASF furniture. I would most certainly recommend Sonya as a sales consultant and would not hesitate at all, recommending anyone to check out the store on Sand Lake Rd. LEW
We bought a sofa from American Signature 3 months ago. Unfortunatly, it started coming apart at the seam. I called just to see if they could help me in any way. Linda, the very nice person that I spoke to, told me to bring it in and they would have another one ready for me to take home. I would completely agree. I purchased a full bedroom set from this store. They brought 3 different sets and all were damaged. The delivery guys were extremely rude and it took forever for a store manager to offer any apology or slight discount for the thousands of dollars of damaged goods given to me. The worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to corporate detailing my ordeal and didnt even get the courtesy of a reply. Stay as far away from this store as possible!
WE FURNISHED AN ENTIRE VACATION HOME, BEING FROM CANADA, SOME ON LINE AND MOST IN STORE. THEY DID A FINE JOB, AND THE SAES REP "SONYA", WAS JUST AN ANGEL. SHE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP OUT IF WE NEEDED INFO ON DELIVERY.WISH THEY HAD MORE SELECTION THOUGH. WE WILL CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH SONYA. LEW/BRENDA
i purchased a three piece furniture set from american signature on february 25 and was told that i would receive it april 30 and then i was told that the chair in my set was not able to be abtained anymore and i would have to pick put a new and then if i was to do so i would have to wait until may 21st and that wasnt even a 100% sure thing so i have to say that i got a full refund yea they may have a great sale going on but beware and know of what you are getting and make sure you get it
I have bought furniture for two houses over the last few years from American Signature. I have always had good service from them. The only issue I had was a matteress that was 6 months old that devloped a depression in the center. They sent a rep out and replaced the matteress with no questions asked. I would recommend them from my experience dealing with them over a substantial amount of time.
