Terrible customers service, ever changing delivery dates, very difficult to cancel unfulfilled orders. Ordered a 9 piece dining set in May. Table arrived in June, and 6 chairs in July. We were told remaining 2 chairs would be delivered in September. In Sept. we're told it will be Oct. From Oct through Dec made 5-6 calls, each time told they would check and call us back. Never got a call back. In Dec. we email the corporate office and after some back and forth we're told the chairs will be in stock end of Feb, but they can't ... read more
