purchased 2 white leather recliners in may 2012.we never buy extended warranties but the salesman really pushed it,saying for $50.00 per chair it is covered for 5years no questions asked,no matter what happens.so for that small sum we decided to go ahead and do it.in feb.2015 I noticed the headrest area on both chairs the leather was cracking and since we are only in florida for 3 months a year,I calculated the chairs only had 7 months of use when I called them.after many phone calls,sending pictures,sending out a warranty c... read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! We spent a lot of money a promised lifetime warranty when the poorly built mechanical undercarriage failed we were told that it was sold as is and they knew it was junk when they sold it. At the time of purchase they sold it as quality furniture. Furniture is not made well. I spent over $3,000 for living room furniture that I thought was good quality furniture. It started coming apart within a few weeks. I purchased the "insurance" that the salesperson said would cover "no matter what happens". She LIED! I tried to submit a claim and all I got was the run around. Don't buy from these thieves!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! These people brought furniture into our Brand new home (purchased 1 day before this incident) and destroyed the furniture as well as our home on the way in. We provided a detailed and accurate claim, pictures, and a statement for the damages...and they flat out denied it and called us LIARS! Brandon, the store Manager over at the Duluth, GA store is wasting American Signature's money as he doesn't have a clue about customer service. I echo the previous review. I ordered a couch in March. Its almost July. I was told it would be delivered in April. I paid in full plus for delivery. Thedate was moved to May. In May the night before the delivery - I had taken the day off work for the delivery - they called me to say they were out of stock and it would not be delivered until 2 july. Its not 28 June and still no word on whether or not it will be delivered. They were able to charge me for payment in full right away however. I had one family gathering set which... read more

Ordered a whole house of furniture from these folks. Six weeks later, I'm still waiting for something to sit on. Just cancelled the order. They really don't care either - they'll sell it to someone else should it ever come in. Customer service is snarky and not at all interested in "service" of any type. Lucky for me, there's a furniture store on every corner in Fort Myers!

I bought a sofa and love seat and it costs nearly 3000.00. The leather did not match, it scratched terribly and the cushions (none of them two sided) sunk down in a few days . That was exchanged and the new one was even worse. The cushions sagged and the bottom support sagged and the quality was terrible. I've had two sets of cushions replaced and I can get no satisfaction. I have never had a worse sofa in my life. I'm very, very disappointed.
